ULTA Stock Is A Buy On Positive Risk Reward

is a stock to buy as it uses favorable threat and reward. On the benefit, if they perform on their profits per share development expectations of 12%, where half of that can be thanks for 1 billion in stock buybacks each year, the stock might easily double. On the threat side, the expectations might not be satisfied, however it is questionable how awful it can look as the capital are there and the business continues to be really successful, even the brand-new stores. Anyway, buying now also gives you a lower cost than what Warren Buffett paid this summertime.

  1. I would put more risk on this stock but the reward is there. No all in, but gradual increasing In my case

    1. Agrre on the reward, way more risk than described..sephora mentioned once when its the biggest competitor and gaining share in us, most part of future growth driven by international expansion which is new for the company (and it failed in the past trying to expand in canada)..but warren bought it, it must go up! 😅

    2. @@FedericoG-p3w Agree. Sephora is killing everyone in this market, backed by LVMH extraordinary management. Idk which competitive advantage Ulta might have outside the US. I would rather consider purchasing LVMH at these levels.

    1. LVMH is the better company of the 2. I bought LVMH instead of the other. Also, Ulta is the better beauty buy (no debt, no China exposure). Also bought Ulta

    1. Because he has to look for elephants only while we can also look for mosquitos. We are in a different position. We don’t have have billions (at least I don’t).

    2. @@PonderDukethat doesn’t mean you don’t buy what Buffet buys, it just means Buffet is restricted to buying elephants. His picks still have to grow

    1. Amazon do price matching. So for every product, they’ll match the lower price of products sold at retailers or on other online shops.
In past experience, we had to create special Amazon bundles, inexistant anywhere else, to allow our company setting the prices we wanted and bypass the price matching.

  2. Great analysis Sven, I like ULTA as well.
I suggest one more value stock to analyze – Evolution ab, super compounder from Sweden

  3. Hi Sven, what do you think about the fall of Samsung? It seems to me a temporary headwind (chip cicle, bad news on competition) but the business and balance sheet should be strong. The Market cap is only around 10% higher than COVID lows, it might be an interesting bet

    1. I’ll be interested at looking at Samsung too.
My issue currently is their shareholder return program. It’s only through dividend, no share buyback (which may not be something they do in South Korea). And the dividend yield is “only” 2.58% (even if it’s on the higher end of their usual div yield).
On the positive side, Samsung always do quality products (when they don’t do exploding phones) and I don’t see them lose their appeal soon.

  4. Thanks. I was seeing their growth a while back and it was impressive. Their sudden drop was surprising. Agree it may be time to test the waters

    1. I need usually at least 30 pages to write up a starting report on a thesis! Dont forget this is youtube!

  5. Lately I got interested in crypto but has no idea how to go about it. Can anyone Help with a reliable tra-der

    1. I think what you need is a financial advisor assigned by a brokerage company that will trade for you and handle your capital professionally and give you weekly returns of investment without any extra fees attached

    2. Evelyn Turner is the advisor who guides me and her signal/strategy and optimal returns are really great 👍

    3. Yeah, Evelyn Turner was my hope during the ‘bear summer’ last year. I made so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, and of course from Evelyn Turner. She is my number one source when it comes to crypto and TA.

    4. I am not surprised to find nothing but positivity about Evelyn Turner’s signalls because she has it all and you don’t loose money following her trades.

    5. So you guys know her too?… he made me and I have our own house and car.
She is good. Her success story is everywhere, her method surprised me honestly

  6. The whole luxury market is getting battered! LVMH, Burberry, Capri, kering, could you do a video covering the best investments in this space

  7. Ha ha ha alright guys you’ll find me in the comments under this video later. Drop a like as a thanks for sharing this legit project Cryptonica Liquidity Pool đŸ’ȘđŸœ It’d be awesome if you leave a thanks below too.

  8. Can you elucidate more please ? Not saying Ulta is the worst stock, but Seeking Alpha is showing the next 2 years will Have NO growth or negative growth, and 3 years out only 3 analysts reporting and only 11% gain then.

Why would I buy Ulta, a non-grower, at a high teens P/E when I can buy, say, GPN or APTV at low teens P/E with much better future earnings growth prospects ?

  9. Seems like a decent investment. I owned but eventually sold for minor profit bc it’s outside my circle of competence. Reinvested in Occidental Petroleum seems like an easier bet over the long run.

  10. I kind of like this pick and agree with your cashflow analysis. One concern I have is competition. What extra value does the customer get or perceive to get from going to these expensive physical locations to maintain?

  11. *I had problem comprehending trading in general. I tried watching other YouTube trading channels, but they made the concepts more complicated. I was almost giving up until when i discovered content and explain everything in detail. The videos are easy to Follow*

    1. I’ve been making a lot of looses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

    2. Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It’s important to remember that trading involves risks and it’s normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies

    3. If you can, then get a professional to trade for you i think that way your assets are more secure
