  1. What if we parked our money in bonds, then after a while we found a great opportunity but we cannot get the money back because the bonds are selling for a price that is currently lower than what we bought it for?

    Would it be better to just let the cash stay cash so that it could be used immediately once there is an opportunity?

    1. I have almost 30% of my money in SGOV and BIL. These are short-term Treasury ETFs currently yielding ~5.25%. These are very liquid.
