  1. oh i think i remember brandon mentioning this company in a video quite a long time ago, good to see some consistency on this channel 🙂 i’ll definitely look into it thanks for the tip marc!

  2. Value proposition might be to buy CP as they are down YTD and are the primary carrier for NTR potash…..it may at least warrant some investigation.

    1. That’s true, John. They do a lot of business with them, to be sure. Thanks. – Mrac

  3. This video hurts to watch, I’ve been looking at nutrien since it was 45$. I should’ve bought in lol.

    1. Hey Shane…. too bad about that. ☹️ It’s always hard to have a stock on your radar and then watch it climb. But, I guess that’s part of the game! Appreciate your support of the channel, and all the best. – Marc

  4. Can you make a vedio how to use invs and what are major keys to look for before investing into them ?

  5. We need vedios like this have an expert opinion about companies that are undervalue and have farther potential.🍻

  6. Marc, interestingly, how about Cu😳, I have been waiting for a pull back….still waiting🙃. Nice divvy for long term hold and global diversified,Canadian stock👍. Its going up 📈when things are going down📉….why?🤔

  7. Canada is good why?
    -energy
-strong financial banks in Canada, Cayman Islands, etc.

Energy is good when it comes to inflation and recession. We’re currently experiencing it now.

  8. Great video Marc. I’ve had Nutrien for a while and added to it 12 months or so ago on a dip. I’ve recently dumped 1/2 my position as its skyrocketed last few months. Good commodity hedge to have in your portfolio especially if youre not interested in investing in OG and/or gold. Will buy it again if/when it ever gets back down to fair value again, probably when inflation gets under control and war ends

    1. Awesome Jesse. Thanks for sharing your experience and thanks for supporting the channel – Marc

  9. Averaged at 74.74 about 25% of my portfolio not selling until retirement and I’m 27. Let’s do this ✌🏻

  10. Thx for the vid. Bought into this last fall not even thinking about the current geopolitical situation. Def one of my better performing Canadian stocks the last few months .

  11. Good video. Can you guys please do a Portfolio update for the viewers and show off how different they perform during this sea of red?

    1. Thanks for asking… we’ll have an update out soon. We’re at the one-year mark of starting the portfolio and will go over in a fair bit of detail next video. Stay tuned… – Marc

  12. Great info and analysis. More videos like this are very welcomed.
It’s nice to see share buy backs at this elevated price but I don’t think their buy back is due to them thinking there is significant upside potential from “value” but more from increasing EPS as they lower share count. Looking at their insider trading volume, the directors and board members have been selling shares in the last 3 months to the tune of over 4 million dollars.
It’s no doubt a great company to be holding and hopefully it’s not to late to start opening a position on.

    1. Hi Tim. Thanks for adding that depth to the discussion. Yes, the buybacks will have a positive affect on the EPS. Appreciate you watching. – Marc

  13. I use to own Agrium in 2008, it was a great company. And i have been looking nutrien for a while and was planning to jump in in January… but when I saw the share jumping because of the war, I decided to wait.
Don’t you think this stock will go down after the war? Little bit like energy stock?

When Russia & Ukraine will start exporting Potash and crop, prices of those product will go down?

    1. No doubt it will be affected when the sanctions are remove/reduced… who knows how long that will be. Even then though, I do feel the other factors will provide for a good long-term runway for NTR. The sanctions are more of the ‘should I still buy now even though it’s gone up recently’ debate. Really appreciate your comment and thanks for watching. – Marc

    1. I’m thinking you should do fine over time. Sounds like a reasonable strategy. – Marc

  14. FYI, Fertilizer analysis/formula is always written in order of NPK, First Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, NOT KNP.
