I have been fortunate enough to experience Burning Man three times and AfrikaBurn once. My first burn was in 2010, the last year where you can drive up and purchase a ticket. The next year, it was sold out for the first time. It is truly an ineffable experience, and I haven’t met a single person who hasn’t been profoundly changed by it. You realize the impermanence of everything, so keep livin’ the dream, Rose!

to hear you talk about “radical self-expression” is so amazing, and such a long way from what drew me to yr channel. my own journey has been the opposite: i was a wild traveller in my 20s, living out of a backpack, riding freight trains lolol, working on collective farms, etc.
i didn’t start figuring out my finances til my late 30s when i found yr channel in 2019, and watching you grow this whole side of your personality is so affirming to that earlier part of my life. so much of finance youtube is about constant growth and ignores what money even allows us to do or become: better, freer versions of ourselves. thanks so much for constantly sharing yr journey!
