When working with contractors in Mexico, you have to supervise daily to make sure the work is being done right.
Why?
@OVO J By occasionally showing up on a daily basis you can correct any issues that might arise. Plus workers get paid by the day, not by the hour. If the job is completed in a few days, then it’s less pay for them. They’ll try to prolong work as long as possible to get more income.
