In this episode, we’ll look at how much rents have gone up, and how much the price of housing has dropped. 2. At least today you are smiling! Whew! Not sure how people afford rent in those big cities. No wonder credit card debt is so high. What would we do without credit cards?!? Sheesh!

    OMG! Am I FIRST?

  3. The price of groceries is awful. There’s one cereal I eat and actually look for deals. You know it’s bad when you order 6 boxes on Amazon prime day lol. I feel sorry for young couples unless both have really high incomes it’s almost impossible for them to buy a house like decades ago

  4. I just feel hopeless some days, we seem to be in a downwards spiral where I see younger people just wondering how they can afford to live. We seem to spiral into a full on recession. Been through it before, it is not good, but I am going to take it day by day.

  5. Thumbnail is kinda gunny. Rent is up w a pic of a women prob being evicted and your grinning ear to ear lol

  6. Watching the growth of stocks and financial assets in few years, everyone should start investing pronto even with the dip cause of the surprise in stock rising!

  7. Funny but not funny. When I read the tile of this video, it reminds me that these could be lyrics to Billy Joel’s “We didn’t start the fire” song

  8. Hi Marc, At least that CPI is trending in the right direction 🙂 (Viewing this after the Tuesday morning data drops)
